Isaias Rubio - Men's Soccer

Coming from Chicago, Illinois, Isaias Rubio has been a key member of the Holy Cross men’s soccer team while pursuing a degree in Psychology.

During his time at Holy Cross, Isaias embraced opportunities both on and off the field. His experience allowed him to become more involved in the South Bend community, with soccer playing a major role in building connections and expanding his network. He credits Holy Cross as an important stepping stone into life after college.

As a student-athlete, Isaias learned the importance of self-reflection—making time to grow personally while balancing the demands of academics and athletics.

Following graduation, he plans to serve his community by becoming a firefighter while earning his paramedic license.

His advice to future Saints: come in with an open mind and trust the process—let the world work in its own way.
