Athlete of the Week- Mikey Chase

In a standout display of skill and determination, senior Mikey Chase (Waukee, Iowa) led the Holy Cross Saints to a remarkable third-place finish at the recent Battle at Blackthorn tournament held on September 9th and 10th, competing against 12 teams. Chase opened strong, posting a solid 79 on the first day, but truly made his mark with a stunning 70 on the second day—an impressive nine-stroke improvement that catapulted him to fourth place overall. His performance not only showcased his talent but also earned him the title of Holy Cross Athlete of the Week. Looking ahead, Chase and his teammates are set to compete this Friday and Saturday at the "Rumble at the Rock," where they hope to build on their recent success and continue their ascent in the standings.
