Holy Cross Women’s Golf Opens Fall Season at Pretty Lake Intercollegiate

September 8–9, 2025 — Plymouth, Indiana

The Holy Cross Women's Golf team kicked off their fall season at the Pretty Lake Intercollegiate, hosted by Bethel University. Over two days, the Saints tackled 54 holes: 36 on a long first day and 18 more on day two, testing both their physical endurance and mental focus.

The course at Pretty Lake Golf Club challenged the team with tight fairways and thick rough. Despite some struggles, the Saints stayed focused and competed with determination.

Sophomore Bianca Huizar led the Saints with consistent rounds of 87, 86, and 86, earning the team's low scorer honors.  

Holy Cross finished 9th out of 10 teams, and while the results weren't what they hoped for, the tournament offered a strong foundation on which to build the rest of the season.
