Battle at Blackthorn: Saints Shine on Challenging Home Course

The Holy Cross Women's Golf team delivered a strong performance at their home course, Blackthorn Golf Club in South Bend, Indiana. Known for its challenging layout, Blackthorn is one of the tougher tracks in the region.

Sophomore Jill Daniels led the Saints with back-to-back personal records, shooting 80  on day 1 and 75 on day 2, which earned her a 5th place individual medal. Freshman Natalia Najera also impressed with a career-best 85 on Day 1. 

Smart play and consistent scoring across the lineup helped Holy Cross secure 5th place out of 11 teams—a solid result on a demanding course.
