Holy Cross Women’s Tennis Wins Fourth Consecutive CCAC Title

Holy Cross Women's Tennis captured the CCAC Championship in dominant fashion on April 22, defeating Judson University 4-0 to secure their 4th consecutive conference title.

The Saints set the tone early in doubles play, sweeping all three courts to claim the doubles point. The pair of Viktoria Savvidou and Leah Gonzales- Edwards led the charge with a strong performance at No. 1 doubles, while Nicole Martinez and Sofia Rocha followed with a decisive win at No. 2. Anna Vanderhyde and Virginie Francois rounded out the sweep to give Holy Cross a 1-0 advantage heading into singles.

In singles play, the Saints continued their momentum. Sofia Rocha delivered a commanding straight-set victory at No. 3, while Anna Vanderhyde followed with another dominant win at No. 5, clinching the 4-0 result.

With the win, Holy Cross extends its conference dominance, claiming a fourth straight CCAC Championship and continuing an impressive run of success for the program.

The Saints now turn their attention to the NAIA National Tournament, with the selection show set for April 28.
